This OEM Honda Rear Wheel Final Driven Flange, also known as a sprocket hub carrier, is a rear drivetrain part for classic Honda SOHC motorcycles. It mounts to the rear wheel, holds the chain sprocket, and engages the rubber cush dampers inside the hub to reduce lash. Detailed Compatibility List Fits Honda CB750K Four / K-Series models from 1969 to 1976, including K0 to K6. Fits Honda CB750F Super Sport models from 1975 to 1976 with early wire wheels only. Does not fit later DOHC models from 1978/1979 onward or cast alloy wheel versions.
