This is a genuine vintage OEM Honda clutch adjustment access cover / inspection plate for classic SOHC inline-four engines. This circular chrome-plated plate mounts to the outer right-hand engine case using a three-bolt pattern and provides access to the internal clutch pushrod and locknut adjustment hardware without removing the full cover or draining crankcase oil. This unique period-correct custom piece features hand engraving on the face with the classic biker phrase “TWO WHEELS OR NO WHEELS.” The lower edge is stamped “ENGRAVING BY ANDY / ROAD-RATS ELGIN,” identifying its custom chopper-era engraving origin from Elgin, Illinois.
