Product Description

This item is a factory-style right-side carburetor intake manifold boot, also known as an intake insulator, spigot, or carb holder, designed for vintage Honda CX500 V-twin motorcycles. It features a cast-aluminum mounting flange permanently bonded to a thick molded rubber sleeve. The two-bolt aluminum base mounts to the cylinder head intake port, while the rubber section clamps onto the carburetor to reduce heat transfer and vibration. A built-in brass vacuum synchronization port with sealing screw allows carburetor balancing.
