This factory original OEM rear passenger grab rail handle is designed to provide a secure safety grip point while preserving the classic sportbike tail profile. Manufactured from lightweight cast aluminum alloy, it features deep recessed mounting tabs that bolt directly underneath the rear tail cowling onto the motorcycle subframe. Compatible Models This asymmetric side grab handle fits the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R ZX600F generation from the mid-1990s production era: 1995 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R ZX600-F1 1996 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R ZX600-F2 1997 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R ZX600-F3 Fitment Notes These grab rails are side-specific. A rail curving outward to the left side fits as the left-hand handle, OEM Part #46075-1115-21. The mirrored right-side version fits OEM Part #46075-1116-21. This curved design is specific to the 1995–1997 F-generation subframe and will not properly fit earlier ZX-6E models or later 1998+ G-series ZX-6R revisions due to different mounting spacing.
