It moves forward or backward to set the rear axle position and adjust drive chain slack for smooth power transfer, correct wheel alignment, and reduced chain or sprocket wear. It features a cast aluminum receiver block, zinc-plated steel end-stop bracket, fine-threaded adjustment stud, and locknut. Side alignment marks help match the swingarm scale during routine maintenance.
