This is a genuine Kawasaki OEM exhaust pre-silencer / link-pipe heat shield cover for Z900 models. Mounted on the lower right side near the footpeg, it protects the rider’s boot, ankle, and leg area from heat produced by the exhaust collector and link pipe. Made from strong PA66-GF15 glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide, this cover offers good heat resistance, rigidity, and vibration durability. It has a matte black finish that matches the factory naked-bike styling. Key features include a recessed center mounting boss with rubber grommet for vibration isolation and a rear molded hook slot that locks over the frame tab for secure alignment. Fits Kawasaki Z900 / Z900 ABS 2017–2019, including ZR900A, ZR900B, and ZR900D 35kW / 70kW variants. This part is for the 2017–2019 first-generation Z900 layout only.
