This cast-aluminum ignition housing cover, also known as the points or breaker housing, is a genuine factory engine component for vintage Yamaha twin-cylinder motorcycles. Mounted on the side of the cylinder head, it supports the ignition points plate or electronic pickup assembly while securely holding the camshaft oil seal.
