Molded from durable weather-resistant ABS/PPE structural plastic, it forms the main under-seat base that seals and supports the rear subframe assembly. It helps protect the battery, main wiring harness, electrical relays, and under-seat components from road spray, dirt, and debris thrown by the rear tire. This part also works as the structural mounting platform for the rear mudguard and license plate bracket assembly. Factory-molded mounting tabs and pre-drilled locator holes allow proper alignment with the original Yamaha fitting points.
